Located in the Cabrillo building in Phase II, our condominium is an end unit with both a front balcony and a back balcony. Professionally decorated with beautiful furnishings, the living room has a 47' flatscreen HDTV with a DVD and home theater stereo system and each bedroom has a 32' flatscreen HDTV and DVD player. The condo has free cable TV and free wireless internet. The Family room and Master bedroom are equipped with blackout blinds to ensure you get a full night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with a pass thru window for enjoying meals on the back balcony overlooking the 18 hole Championship Links Golf Course, an unobstructed view of Cholla Bay and,at night, a great view of the city lights. The Dinning area can seat 8 people and the granite counter can seat an additional 4 people. Bathrooms are all travertine tile with large glass door showers and a garden tub in the master, beautiful tile floors through out.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
PAYMENTS SECURITY DEPOSIT Upon check in at the Resort, please be advised that you will be required to leave a security deposit of $150.00 USD payable in CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY (NO DEBIT) for any damages or losses occurring to the condominium during your stay. This deposit will be refunded upon your check out if no damages or losses occur. We prefer credit card payments or bank deposits. - At the time of booking a reservation, we charge 50% of the room charge cost. - We will charge the remaining 50% plus taxes of the reservation 10 days prior your check-in date. - Credit card or cash payments are preferred. VISA and MC credit card payments are processed in US dollars; AMEX is also accepted but will incur currency conversion fees. It is important that you clearly understand our policy for refunds, cancellations and changes. CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY: - Contact Las Palomas reservations either by email or phone to request date or condo location changes. Contact info is at the to right corner of this form. Rates are subject to change. - Confirmed reservations which are cancelled at least 10 calendar days before your check-in data will result in 150 USD cancellation fee. - There will be no reservation changes allowed within 10 days of your arrival
