PAYMENTS SECURITY DEPOSIT Upon check in at the Resort, please be advised that you will be required to leave a security deposit of $150.00 USD payable in CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY (NO DEBIT) for any damages or losses occurring to the condominium during your stay. This deposit will be refunded upon your check out if no damages or losses occur. We prefer credit card payments or bank deposits. - At the time of booking a reservation, we charge 50% of the room charge cost. - We will charge the remaining 50% plus taxes of the reservation 10 days prior your check-in date. - Credit card or cash payments are preferred. VISA and MC credit card payments are processed in US dollars; AMEX is also accepted but will incur currency conversion fees. It is important that you clearly understand our policy for refunds, cancellations and changes.
